Ellerslie Racecourse Building wash

We have recently completed the building washing of the iconic Ellerslie Racecourse. It was
great opening ceremony ahead of Tab Karaka Million event. it was exciting event for
racecourse after major renovations.

We took the opportunity to compete full exterior wash of whole complex within deadline
given by facility manager ahead of the event.

It was challenging for us as being 40 mtr high skylight washing of the main building and
glasses. Due to some area not being used for very time long was infested with pigeon
droppings and our strong product cleaned it without any leaving any stains behind

We used massive crane 58 mtr to complete the task in hand along with our cherry picker.

Our experienced Trained staff equipped with EWP certification and working on heights
certainly helped with getting the job done in Timely manner.

Following things done:-

• Full building wash 35 mtr high including skylights
• Roof wash of main building
• Grandstand sitting area around 500 chairs washed
• All paving area washed
• Cleaning of Pigeon dropping from Hallways (no access for pressure washed but cleaned with vacuums)
