Please ensure to cover all plants or flowers that cannot be moved away from the building. While Green N Clean will take care to avoid any plants or flowers, we will not be held responsible for any damage. You are required to move all moveable plants and flowers, along with any other items such as furniture, toys, footwear, or clothing, away from the property and keep washing away from the service area. Failure to do so will result in this part of the building not being washed to avoid damage, with the full amount still owing on the invoice.

An exterior clean does not include the following, but is not limited to: decks, pergolas, inside guttering, garages not connecting to the property, walls not connected to the property, fencing, driveways, and paths. Green N Clean would be more than happy to offer a quote to clean the aforementioned areas.

If Green N Clean deems any dogs on the property to be dangerous and they are left free on the property, we will not proceed with the work.

If your property is using tank water, it is your responsibility to disconnect the water tanks prior to your property being cleaned. For advice on when to reconnect your tanks, please discuss this with your operator during the day or feel free to call us.

Power washing uses pressure and chemicals to clean difficult stains off exterior surfaces. Utilizing this pressure allows the best cleaning possible; however, operating with low pressure can also sometimes cause damage. Green N Clean technicians are well trained in utilizing their equipment and take the upmost precautions to make sure the company does not cause harm to your investment. Although damage can still occur due to poor maintenance, neglect of the property (not re-staining regularly, not repairing damaged painted surfaces), and/or low grade building materials,. Homeowners should consult with their builder to insure that their materials are able to be pressure washed. It is the responsibility of the home owner to insure that their property has been maintained in accordance with its manufacturer’s recommendations and that any defects or areas of concern are repaired prior to washing.

It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner to ensure any electrical item, appliance, or fixture that may or could get wet by our washing is waterproof to a suitable standard and that our washing process will not cause any damage whatsoever. If damage is caused by the water for any reason,  this is the sole responsibility of the home or property owner and not of Wash N Clean / Green N Clean.

An exterior cleaning of a building or roof uses a system that involves water in the process. It is the owner’s sole responsibility to ensure your building and/or roof are watertight. By accepting this quote, you are accepting liability if there is any damage from water leakage or ingress.

With aluminum frames, the sun and weather can bleach the colour or cause it to fade. Power washing, which entails the removal of chalky, gritty, or surface dirt, may cause the faded aspects of the aluminum to stand out. Green N Clean will not be responsible for such conditions.

The homeowner assumes all of these risks and takes responsibility for any damage that occurs due to the above explanations.

Payment Terms: Payment to be made within 3 days. Please note that failure to make payment on time will incur late penalty interest at a rate of 4.5% per month on all outstanding balances.
